CHASAN INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX FACILITY PROJECTS:

  • Three dock doors were added to Amsee area
  • 850,000 sq ft lights upgraded to T8 food grade
  • Replaced 36 dock doors for tenant improvement
  • Chill water unit replaced in Amsee area
  • Three dock doors added for CHASAN 3PL
  • Constructed 625 ft of division wall within the warehouse
  • Remodeled 25,600 sq ft of office space for call center
  • Painted 25% of outside of building
  • Replaced 12 dock plates for tenant improvement
  • Replaced 20 dock shelters for tenant improvement
  • Started roof improvement projects 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016
  • Added rail car load/unload pad for unloading lumber
  • 16' x 16' ground level door
  • Removed 30,000 sq ft office space for warehouse use
